Summer Schools: Leiden
LUCRES participates in the Leiden Summer School in Languages and Linguistics, held for twee weeks in late July and early August.
Russian programme 2009
In 2009, the Russian Programme of the Summer School offers 3 master classes aimed at expanding your active knowledge of the Russian language and broadening your knowledge of Russian literature.
- Master class Active Russian
- Master class on A.S. Pushkin's Eugene Onegin
- Master class on M.A. Bulgakov's The Master and Margarita
The instructors are native speakers of Russian with years of experience of teaching Russian and Russian literature. The language of instruction of all 3 master classes is Russian.

Other programmes
For two weeks, the Faculty of Humanities of Leiden University will be buzzing with activity for an international crowd of Summer School students. An evening programme is also provided, and intends to broaden the horizons of the students by offering subjects which are not usually part of university curricula.
The Leiden Summer School comprises several programmes in a wide range of fields. The Russian Programme can be combined with master classes from one of the other programmes of the Summer School:
